What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit and debit cards are accepted on-site, as well as Cash, checks, Venmo or PayPal. Our goal is ease of use. Book Online, save your card and you won’t even have to worry about exchanging payment on-site. We do it all for you.
The weather isn’t looking to great for my appointment time, what now?
No need to worry or change anything. We are entirely self sufficient. We are able to work rain or shine. No need to clear out any particular space. Our van has everything we need.
How do I know if the mobile shop will service my location?
Please view our service area map closely. We adhere very strictly to this due to time constraints of being able to help all customers. If you book an appointment and you are not in the service area, we will reach out to you and will cancel the appointment.Do I have to be home for this?
That is entirely up to you. It is great to meet our customers face to face, but the model of our business is based around convenience. Book Online, let us know of the issues to be addressed and how we can access the bikes and we will charge the card on file once the work is complete.
